Summary
After the time in the pocket universe ends, it is time to get back to the real world. Each of the pack members has their own way to recover, deal with the loss of life they had, or get over a grueling world-saving mission, but once more lust messes it all up with jealousy, leading the pack to remain split in two, as Salvatores and Mariella focus on the carnal aspect. When Mariella does not bother to curb her lust, the rest of the pack is trying to come together and move on. When it is time to get back to the business of saving lives and being leader of resistance, Mimi has her hands full, and after one mission goes sideways, ending in over half of the pack being imprisoned and tortured by evil sarks, recovery is not easy when they finally escape, but life has its ways to surprise everyone, including Mimi, who has the surprise of her life ahead of her.
