WHAT!? Peter thought to himself. STARK INDUSTRIES?! The one place where he felt safe and comfortable is the place where they were now going for a field trip. He sighs softly and lays his head on the desk trying to dull the sounds around him.
"Peter. You still with us?" Mr. Harrington said approaching him.
Peter mentally groaned and sat up raising his head. "I'm here. Sorry."
The bell rung and everyone stood up rushing out of the class excited and chattering. "Parker, can I see you for a second?"
"Ah shit. This was it wasn't it" Peter thought to himself internally dying.
"I understand that you have been saying that you have an internship to Stark Industries?"
"Yes sir, that's correct"
"Right..well I want to hear none of it on the trip. I am not saying I don't believe you peter but if it is untrue you could be a great trouble and also damage the school's reputation."
Peter just nodded not knowing what to say to that. His favorite teacher didn't even believe him that he worked for SI. He just sighed softly and handed in his permission slip before walking away to Ned.
"What was that all about?" Ned eyed his suspiciously.
"Just some late homework?"
"Mhm sure. It's okay you don't have to tell me." The boy smiled at his friend with support.
Peter smiled back before both of them said their goodbyes and headed home. Peter saw a sleek black sedan waiting for him. He smiled to himself and slid into the back seat of the expensive looking car. "Hey Happy!"
"Hey kid." Happy grunted putting the car in drive and heading towards the tower. As they drove along Peer ranted about his day mentioning the field trip and how he wasn't looking forward to it which Happy responded which a grunt but was mentally planning to report to Tony.
Once they both got home Peter got out excited and rushed up to the penthouse saying hi to FRIDAY on his way. "Dad I'm homeee!" He threw his schoolbag in his room on his bed and went to find his dad. He smiles when he saw his father in the lab and ran up jumping on him. "DAD!"
"Woah woah woah!! What's up bud?" Tony said smiling and lifting Peter up.
Peter laughs softly. "Guess what?"
Tony smirks. "What?"
"I have a field trip to my own home." Peter says sarcastically.
Tony places him down and chuckled. "Really?"
Peter nodded and hugged Tony. They both smiled and agreed on a movie night. They ordered Pizza and stayed up late watching almost all the Star Wars Movies.
In the morning...
Peter woke up groaning with a headache as he yawned stretching. Tony groaned and clung to Pepper who came out to check on them but fell asleep with them on the couch. Peter smiled at his two parents before checking the time and freaking out as he rushed to get ready. Five minutes until school started wasn't a lot of time for him to be ready.
Running into his classroom and hoping to not be seen was a little difficult but he managed to complete the task.
"Hey Peter!" Ned whispered leaning closer to him.
"Hey."
"Did you wake up late again?"
"Yeah. I was watching Star Wars with Mr. Stark and we both ended up falling asleep. We did get to eat ice cream though!"
"Nice!"
The class ended as soon as it started and it seemed that Peter's headache was gone too. As Ned and him headed towards Mr. Harrington's class they both remembered the field trip that was about to begin in just a few minutes. "Oh my god..I totally forgot that was today!" Peter scrambled to grab his phone to text Tony.
"Dude! Don't you work there? Why are you stressing this can be your chance to prove that you aren't faking the internship like Flash says!"
"..right." Peter was freaking out mentally cause it's not like he can just tell his best friend how Tony Stark, the OWNER of SI adopted him! He took a deep breathe and headed onto the bus dreading this trip.
Excited whispers and murmurs continued throughout the bus as Peter sat down with Ned. I mean it's not everyday that a high school gets to go to Stark Industries let alone get to see everything in a tour! Since the breakout of aliens and other dimensional being SI has been strictly closed to the public so this would be the first real tour since the Infinity War.
"Hey Penis Parker! Afraid we'll all see how you're faking that internship!" Flash shouts across the bus laughing with his friends.
"Can you shut the hell up? No one asked for you to go on blabbering." MJ rolled her eyes as she spoke.
Flash grumbled under his breath and sat down but Peter could still hear how he was talking shit with his friends. Peter just sighed. Ned nudged him silently asking if he was okay. Peter just gave a small nod as the bus pulled up to the tower. Taking a deep breathe, Peter stands up and follows Ned exiting the bus.
As the group makes their way to the entrance a man in a blue blazer and light tan dress pants greeted them saying his name was Mike or something like that. Peter wasn't really paying attention since Mr. Stark made him go through a bunch of tours since he kept getting lost. Speaking of his dad, Peter was wondering where he was and if he was planing on interrupting the tour group. "Nah he wouldn't do that...right?" Peter thought to himself. He finally looked up and started to listen back in as Mike was handing out badges for everyone. Peter grabbed his own badge out of his bag and yawned softly.
Mike walked through the security detector making sure the scan his badge as he does so. "Make sure you go one at a time and scan your badges!" Everyone goes through with of course Flash pushing to the front.
EUGENE THOMPSON: ACCESS LEVEL 1 - THREAT LEVEL 10%
The class exploded in gasps and murmurs as they hear the voice. Mike speaks up clapping his hands together. "It's okay that is just FRIDAY, Mr. Stark's AI that runs the building." The class rose in excitement as they went through. Peter nervously walked forward as he was the last one to go through.
PETER PARKER-STARK: ACCESS LEVEL 10 - THREAT LEVEL 78%. SHOULD I INFORM BOSS YOU HAVE ARRIVED HERE DURING SCHOOL HOURS?
Peter's face grew red. "N-no FRIDAY..I'm here on a school trip." He mumbled under his breath.
TOO LATE. HE IS ON HIS WAY TO FLOOR 2 THE FIRST STOP ON THE TOUR TO DROP OFF YOUR LUNCH YOU FORGOT. HE ALSO SAID HE LOVES YOU. DO YOU HAVE A REPLY?
Peter swore FRIDAY was enjoying his embarrassment as his classmates and teacher stare at him. "No FRIDAY! Just.." he sighs. "Just tell him I love him too. Thanks FRI."
He walked to join his group. His teacher stared in shock and annoyance thinking he might be faking. And of course as if on cue Flash spoke up. "HOW THE HELL DOES PENIS PARKER HAVE A LEVEL 10 AND THAT AI KNEW HIM!"
Mike stared at him in disbelief. "No way..." he muttered under his breath. "I-I'm so sorry I didn't recognize you Mini-Stark!" Peter covered his face in embarrassment.
"Can we just move on please?"
Mike nodded and led the group to the elevator telling everyone to get in. The group followed still surprised by the AI announcing Peter like that. Ned nudged Peter. "Parker-Stark? What was that all about??" Ned stared at Peter with a questioning look. "And why was your threat level so high?! The highest one besides yours was Flash's and it was only 10%!"
"I don't really want to talk about it right now Ned."
"Okay, okay. But you're gonna have to talk sooner than later. I won't force you but Mr. Harrington has been staring at you just a heads up."
Peter grimaced as he glances over and, yep, his teacher was staring at him in what seemed to be confusion or anger. Either way Peter didn't want to deal with it. The Elevator dings as they reach the second floor with the bio labs.
"Here are where our scientists find new ways to help the people in ways that don't hurt the environment!" Mike announced excitedly. The class scattered to look around. "Remember not to touch anything!"
Peter looked around nervously since FRIDAY said that Tony was coming here to drop off his lunch. Maybe he would get lucky- nope. The elevator opened revealing THE Tony Stark in a black suit holding an Iron Man lunch box and ice cream cone with bubblegum flavor ice cream. The class froze in disbelief.
"There's my favorite underoo!"
"Dadddd! You said you weren't gonna embarrass me!"
"No no I said I'll try. And I did! Pepper tried to hold me back but I used my suit."
"Right. And why do you have my lunchbox and ice cream?"
"Well I figured you'd want homemade pasta by Steve right?"
"Steve cooked? Of course I want it! Did Bucky make cookies?"
"When doesn't he kid?"
"Yes! But why do you have ice cream?"
"Oh yeah I got it for you."
"Really? Thanks Dad!"
Peter hugged Tony and grabbed the ice cream licking it smiling. Tony smiled and rubbed his head the both forgetting about the classmates staring at them shocked.
Tony cleared his throat. "Right well.. We should have Happy go grab the NDA's shouldn't we?"
"Yeah.."
Happy, the head security enters guiding the class and teacher to sign the paperwork.
Later that night both Tony and Peter had to explain to Pepper why he has to start taking online schooling.
