Summary:

At Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center, exhausted doctors and nurses move through a high-pressure day of emergencies while trying to maintain fragile balance in their personal lives. At the same time, their children quietly navigate friendship, family stress, and early signs of deeper struggles they don’t yet know how to name. By the end of the day, small cracks begin to show across both worlds, hinting that everyone is carrying more than they let on.
