“You are just like a pussycat.” Mobius sighed, pinching the bridge of his crooked nose.
“Just what is your fixation with comparing me to various felines?” Loki replied disgruntledly, crossing his arms for emphasis.
“What? So you’re telling me that you don’t act like an angry kitten when you’re agitated?” the other chuckled, and placed his manila folder down on the table between them, finally taking some interest in one of the taller man’s littering of complaints. Their eyes met for the first time in what felt like eons.
Loki swallowed once more, his throat still dry. He almost shrank under Mobius’ glare.
“What did you just call me?”
