Work Text:
Even though Alice had long heard of this "bright, toasty, bestest!" friend of Klee's she didn't think their first meeting would be in Nod Krai while setting up the witches booth in the early morning for Moon-Prayer Night. They really shouldn't be here, this was also a celebration to send them off as well, but their ability to melt and weave metal so easily was a useful ability even if they did so discretely.
The thick hat they wore clashed with their cloak but it did help mark them as a volunteer working with the metals alongside Aino and Ineffa to create and repair broken boxes, create benches, adjust chairs, and more. It's funny seeing a god who will reign over again as this world's true sun being ordered around by a young girl not even a blip of their long life.
But maybe that's why she wants to help make this night one to remember for both the Moon and the Sun because they're really so gentle with children. Even if Klee may not be able to see them, at least for a while, she's sure she could whip up a way for the heavenly body duo to come visit to come say hello.
Or maybe she could take Klee on a little trip to the moon! Oh how she'd love it!
Though that would have to wait until the duo got home safely and settled into their roles once again. So she gets back to work humming the song the sun hums as they melt and mold metals as instructed.
