Ponyboy has a new position working in journalism at a prestigious newspaper in Boston. He is investigating a story about abuse in the foster care and juvenile reform system. Meanwhile, mysterious memories from his past that lain hidden for years are emerging and have a story of their own to tell that Pony has suppressed and doesn't want to recognize.
What if Pony's penchant for denial comes with a much bigger price?
