Sure, Tim would let Dallas take his last cigarettes, "borrow" his clothes, and crash on his couch after fights with his dad, but so what? So what if Tim remembered the way Dal's pupils blew wide when a fist caught his jaw, or the scowl the hood shoots at Tim when he plays nurse? It's not like Tim really cared.
Yeah, Tim and Dallas were friends.
