Elias and Patrick had a perfect relationship, but then suddenly one day Patrick got into an accident. Getting off work early, Elias visited the hospital, but what he found instead of his lover was a stranger.
“Hey, love, how are you feeling?” Elias reached out to cradle his lover’s face. “How is your head?”
“Ah, I’m sorry,” Patrick pulled back slightly. “Do we know each other?”
