   Summary

   Harry Kim is having a Really Bad Time directly after escaping the Akriterean prison. Lots of daze, a fair amount of tears, and quite a bit of Harry's very complex feelings. Set just before the ending of The Chute, after everyone gets back to Voyager but before the "The only thing I remember is you saying 'This man is my friend'" scene. This can be read platonically or romantically, but I really wanted it to focus more on friendship than on a potential romantic relationship. After all these poor guys just went through, I think they deserve to love each other in an undefined sort of way.
