    Something is terribly wrong.
    It's wrong when Intern starts working at the hospital despite *him* being there.
    It's wrong when they have to hide that horrible secret from their coworkers (Who they hope they can consider friends).
    It's wrong when they open their eyes on the night before their first day at work, over and over again.
    They try to make the best of their circumstances.

    TLDR: Intern is stuck in a timeloop, they find it makes things better and worse at the same time. Mostly worse.
    More and more people join them as time goes on.
