Shouta was a zealous student. Unsparing of himself and respected for it. But no-one loved him. Well, except for one exceptionally loud blonde. Yamada was so kind. The date he’d planned was just so them. Not too loud or rowdy.

“Mama,” Shouta whimpered, tears falling from his eyes, “you’re hurting me.”
“You have two choices.” His mother stated coldly, “Stop being a filthy homo or get out of my house.”

The wavy haired boy looked at his booted feet. Biting his lips as he swayed softly side to side. Listening to a chorus of protesting cats as their human presumably stood up to come to the entrance.“Did you leave something behind?” she asked, “You and your blonde boy were here earlier.”
“I- Yes. We were.”

Hitoshi accidentally triggers one of Shouta’s trauma responses and Shouta explains the story behind it. Teen Shouta gets kicked out for being in love with a boy, winds up working and living at a cat cafe. Shouta’s mother behaves strangely causing Shouta’s sister, Shoyo, to be convinced he was dead.Series

I’m literally obsessed with your works they are the most delicious things I’ve read in forever and will be adding them to my faves
(Aka the most delicious literature of this century)
Also added a bunch of books to my wish list from authors you’ve mentioned throughout the fics btwThis has been such a blessing and a gift to read
(Side note - just finished assembling my new furniture- 2 very big bedside tables)
