Summary
In an ever-tumultuous world defined by one's political power, Canada feels he has none; he's often forgotten, overlooked, and believed useless. Russia, desperate for a solution to problems of his own nation's making, believes he can coerce Canada into a deal which promises him wealth, control, and—most importantly—recognition. While the consequences of such an affair are dire, the prospects of each other's attention (and soon, affection) tantalize them in ways that might make it worth it.
