⬇️AITA for beating up my alternate self?
So, I’ve had both the worst and the strangest day.
FIRST OF ALL: An alternate version of me “accidentally” created my shitass timeline by being a selfish, greedy dick, which I’m not going to address right now but is relevant to the story. Also I’m stuck here for the foreseeable future which SUCKS.
now, he ALSO created this OTHER bumfuck timeline and another, alternate version of myself. I have my reservations about the me that made my timeline. Whatever. But this other guy, insists on calling himself “Citizen Martin”, he might be the worst person to ever exist ever. And I mean that. Coming from someone who lives in a world where Nixon got a fourth term (which was apparently not meant to happen?)
“Citizen Martin” started saying it was a good thing that my timeline got written over, and that his timeline is the “epitome of idealism and perfection”. His home’s a police state??? And somehow MY timeline should be erased.
anyways it ended up being a kinda snowman effect. i told him to shut the fuck up and then he kept talking and, to add injury to insult, he started whining about how “awful” THIS timeline is. This is the nicest I’ve ever seen this town?
So yeah i punched him. A couple times. And then everyone started yelling at me even though I know for a fact that I just did what we all wanted to do. Also, we have a very punchable face, as I have been told on many occasions by my stepfather.
so, for the sake of ending argument: am i SOMEHOW in the wrong here?
