Summary
The Taurans have had a small colony on Earth for several hundred years. With rumors that the Minotaur-like aliens have been kidnapping young men, and their impenetrable alien defense technology, they have had a touchy relationship with humans the whole time they’ve occupied Mount Beacon.
Stiles and Scott live in the foothills of Mount Beacon, in the impoverished town of Beacon Hills that depends on the infrequent trade with their Tauran colonizers. They work in a gay bar, trying their best to make ends meet, when one day Scott disappears. Stiles is sure that he’s been kidnapped and will go to the ends of the Earth to get his best friend back.
Derek Hale has been heir to the throne of the Tauran outpost on Earth his whole life. He doesn’t want to be king, so as long as he can avoid producing an heir, he won’t have to deal with royal nonsense. Until someone too tempting comes along and messes up all of his priorities.
