Chapter Text
The chapter takes place during the Summer.
Konata was just lying on her bed reading an The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya manga.
Suddenly her phone's ringtone started playing. She picked up her phone and answered it.
She looked at the Caller ID.
"Hello, Kagamin. How are you doing today?" She asked.
"I'm fine. Do you want to go back on a date with me?" Kagami asked.
"Sure. Sounds great!" She exclaimed with enthusiasm.
"Ok. How does tonight at 6:00 sound?" Kagami asked.
"Sounds great. It's a date. What do you have planned, Kagamin?" She asked.
"It's a surprise. You'll just have to wait to find out." Kagami responded.
They then both hung up. They were both excited.
Right now it's 2 pm.
To pass the time Konata plays her online MMORPG.
"Awesome teach just logged in." She said to herself.
"Let's raid a dungeon." She said while typing a message in the chat.
Nanako Kuroi accepted but also used the chat to ask her if she has finished her Summer homework.
"Please don't bring up real world stuff while playing." Konata said to no one in particular.
Some time later...
It is now 4:45 pm. Konata is now waiting in front of her house for Kagami to arrive. She is wearing her mother's dress.
