Neteyam hated Ao’nung.
Ao’nung hated Neteyam.
It was as simple as that, a simple rilvary.. a rilvary that made them brush shoulders whenever they would walk past each other or a rilvary where they would purposely soak up every single touch they could, savouring it for a second too long. Chasing that electric heat that sparked between the two boys. a soft brush of knuckles or a sliver of hands on their waist. Small things that made them both transcend into an endless spiral. Mind games really, but in the end it was just the other one trying to tease them, annoy them.
Because they hated each other everyone knew it and no one questioned it. but the line between hatred and longing is thin, so thin it could break in a second, but maybe it already was broken.
