Summary
Five years after escaping the circus, and having no contact with any former friends, Pomni sets out to find them all again. Will she travel the states alone, or will she convince Lily to come with her after years of radio silence?

Across the states, six individuals awaken. Legs unfamiliar and shaky, mouths dry and tongues heavy inside. A few of them throw up, others cry - and some simply open their eyes and take in the brightness around them. A work meeting, a random apartment, a college lecture, a family meal, a pint of beer, and an unfamiliar bedroom.
