Work Text:
The device we used had finally shut off, and our people are finally saved from the New East's iron fist.
Luna smiled at me from afar as she blushed lightly, hugging me tightly and telling me that she was proud of me for being brave and setting our region free. I ran to her as fast as I could while I called her name and told her, "He's alive! Thomas is alive!"
"He's okay, Laza?!" she yelled back at me.
"Yes, he is!"
"I'm glad to know!" Luna looked around her and started noticing the people around us who had worked very hard to make their lives better.
"Looks like they're trying to start over," she murmured to herself.
"Just like us," I added. Luna gazed at the endless sky above us before telling me, "I spent all my hard-earned credits on your medicine, Laza. It wasn't even the least I could think of!"
"I know, Luna. It's really not nice when you can't breathe!" I interjected, holding my hands up in the air.
My sister knelt down on one knee and gave me a big, warm hug. I sighed deeply, letting her pat my back and hold my head.
