It’s 08:30 when Peter finally wakes up he checks his phone wondering why he wasn’t woken up by his alarm and notices the time. He’s late.
“May!May! Why didn’t you wake me up! Shit shit”
Peter scrambles out of bed pulling on jeans crumpled on the floor and a random hoodie from his closet.
“May?”
She’s already left for work. Peter rushes into the bathroom quickly brushing his teeth and calls Happy
“Happy! I know you are like so busy but I was wondering if you could please drop me off at school my alarm never went off and I don’t want to be late please help me.”
Happy grumbles is annoyance
“Kid stop rambling Jesus I’ll take you only because you’re physics class is coming to Stark industries today and I wouldn’t want to miss out on embarrassing you”
Peter freezers
“Wait what? My class is going where?!”
Peter could practically hear Happy’s eye roll from over the phone.
“You and your physics class are going to stark industries.”
Panic rises in peters chest his throat going dry.
“Holy crap! Why didn’t you tell me earlier? Please tell me the avengers won’t be there especially Thor he always calls me the man of spiders and I can’t have people knowing I’m spider man.. oh crap I’m so screwed. God Flash is gonna be a dick as well he’s gonna try and trick me to find out if I’m actually an intern or not. I can’t do this I’m not going to school!”
Happy pauses for a moment..
“Hey kid it’s alright I’ll keep Thor away and if Flash or whatever his name was says anything tell me or Harley”
Peter panics even more at the mention of his crush Harley.
“Wait what, Harley’s working today?”
Happy smirk knowingly
“Yes and he’s going to be your tour guide”
“HES WHAT?!.. fuck I am not going to school I refuse..I’ll just do spider-man stuff or whatever”
“Peter Benjamin Parker you just called me to beg me to take you to school. You are going okay? You’ll be fine I’m sure you can’t be even more awkward than you already are with Harley”
“Happy! Why would you say that to me now I’m just gonna be freaking out wondering if I’m being awkward or talking too much or annoying him!!”
“Stop talking kid I’m almost here you better be ready because I am not waiting. And have you ate?”
“I’m ready but no I haven’t ate..uhm”
“Just get out here I’ve got protein bars in the glove box..I know what you’re like”
“Aww Happy you actually to care”
“Hurry up.”

Peter rushes into the gates barley making it in on time he’s greeted by his best friend Ned Leeds doing their signature handshake.
“Uhm Ned how come you didn’t tell me about the field trip..?”
“Oh shit I assumed you already knew cause you’re and intern and well” he whispers “you’re an avenger”
“Fair enough..I’m kinda freaking out because what if one of the avengers slip up and reveal that I’m you know.. and also Harley’s out tour guide..”
“Ooo Harleyyyyy.. have you actually spoken to him properly with something that’s not related to the internship yet or are you still just stalking his instagram?”
“Shut up Ned I-”
Peter gets cut off with notification from his phone.

Heard I’m your tour guide I’m excited to see you
“Ned omg he said he’s excited to see me.Wait that could just mean nothing though right? Cause maybe he’s just being friendly he probably doesn’t even care”
“Peter,Peter calm down you’re reading too much into it”
“Yeah yeah you’re right…where’s Mj?”
he turns around hearing Mjs voice
“I’m right here dorks, we should probably get going you know what Mr Harrington is like”
they all start walking to their classroom.

they walk in to see Flash Thompson boasting about god knows what. Mr Harrington clear his throat getting ready to speak.
“Everyone take their seats.As you all know we are going to stark industries today. I expect you all to be on your best behaviour. You do not touch anything, you will not break anything”
flash kicks peters chair
“Guess everyone’s gonna find out you’re lying about your stark internship penis Parker”
Ned turns around
“Shut up Flash he’s not lying,I can’t wait to see your face when you find out he actually knows the avengers,asshole”
Mr Harrington clears his throat again,making Ned turn back round
“That’s enough boys.”

they all get on the coach and eventually arrive at SI
