Summary
While Granger was a marvel at most things, baking did not appear to be her specialty.
She had already burned one batch, and the second had “never risen”, whatever that meant.
He saw the discontent on her face and longed to erase it. Granger shouldn’t be unhappy; she should only ever be relaxed and glowing and well-fucked and—
Draco heard her grumbling to Lovegood about something.
“Great. I’m out of flour. Can’t even bake another batch.”
His ears perked.
Flowers? Granger needed flowers for baking?
As Draco had never baked anything in his life, nor been involved in any such process, he was riveted.
She sighed while Lovegood listened sympathetically, patting her on the shoulder. “And Harry’s gluten free. And Tesco is the only place that sells the type of flour I like.”
Tesco had flowers, eh?
Draco had no idea what Tesco was, nor did he know what gluten-free meant, but by Merlin, he would figure it out.
