Sunday just scoffed. “Please, there isn’t a person here I need to be jealous of.”
Aventurine was quiet for a moment, until he turned around. His hands wrapped around the lower portion of Sunday’s sides.
“Good. Because you know that I’m yours, and you’re mine...” Aventurine just smiled at Sunday as he leaned in closer, like he wanted a kiss but intended to make a point first. Lingering just an inch out of reach. His amusement was evident and Sunday felt warm even though he wasn’t the one standing under the water. “Don’t you?” Aventurine asked.
