Summary
Running away from Kakariko with Beedle was supposed to be Link’s escape. It was his defiant refusal to be chained to a life of mandatory guard duty he never chose. But that's the funny thing about duty. It follows you like a Hylian hound locked onto your scent. Can he truly escape the path before him, or is he only running towards precisely what he is trying to avoid?

This is book 1 of the 3 book series. Sit down and get ready for a Legend of Zelda story unlike anything you've red before (hopefully, idk, I havent read a lot of Zelda fan fiction XD) i am also planning a bunch of 1 shots, that are like 1 really long chapter that highlight different parts of the series, expanding parts that I might gloss over due to pacing reasons. I am planning one for Link's time in Gerudo, one or two for Hebra, and a bunch later on.
