Gris's eyes flicked up from the glass of alcohol in his hand, surveying the man sitting atop the barstool next to him. The man, similar to him, had a glass of amber-tinged alcohol clutched in one hand. In his other hand a lit cigarette, from which stemmed a twirling, twisting river of smoke that swirled up into the air consistently, eventually dissipating into the room. A battered, worn-out umbrella dangled from the crook of his elbow. Coiling tattoos of black and red adorned much of the expanse of his arms, neck, and chest, peeking out from his clothing. His bright, blond hair stuck out at odd angles, wild despite the copious quantities of hair gel that tried and failed to tame it. His golden eyes were narrowed, locked in on a target across the bar
