Summary
The trouble with clones, she had decided, was not that they were identical. It was that they made everyone else an anomaly.
Lieutenant Caihren Williams was on track for a distinguished career in the Judicial Forces. But when war fractures the galaxy, the institution she built her future around dissolves overnight.
Commander Wolffe knows a thing or two about what that's like. Abregado taught him that you can lose everything in an instant, and it's a lesson he's determined never to let anyone under his command repeat. With barely enough time to count their losses, the 104th must start over on a new Triumphant with a new crew—including one prickly former investigator whose unusual assignment is a strange fit.
The battlefield is no place to figure out where you belong. But war rarely waits for anyone to be good and ready.
An OC-centric, mostly canon-compliant story focused on the 104th and set within established continuity, Wolfpack takes an unflinching look into the darker parts of a collapsing democracy in the middle of a galactic war, and explores what identity means from inside an institution that would like nothing more than to strip you of it.
