   Summary

   Gabriel is your standard disaffected college student. They’re still with their high school sweetheart, but not for lack of trying. They’ve almost earned a degree which could buy them a promising future as a chemist, if only they could look and act the part. At least they’ve got good friends, a not-technically-condemned place to crash, and easy access to all the vices they could ever want. Nothing’s perfect, but everything is pretty ok. At least, that’s what Gabe tries to believe.

   An explosive breakup and a chance romantic encounter put the lie to that, showing Gabe just how much space there is between getting by and thriving. Unfortunately, just as they step up to take control of their destiny, the world shifts out from under them, and Gabe finds themself in a strange world filled with technology, magic, and strife.

   The Chemist, The Barista, and the Druid is a romantic story set in a fantasy setting. It follows the plights of three characters as they struggle to understand themselves and a world that seems at odds with who they are. Supported by their found families, and at times one another, they make the best of difficult situations, and come out mostly on top despite the odds.
