    Bucky has a good life, if a lonely one. He's a highly trained agent who works only for himself— not the Avengers or Shield or any of the other agencies who'd love to get a guy like him on their rosters. They might want him, but he doesn't need them to take down Hydra. Unfortunately, Hydra-hunting doesn't exactly pay the bills and when Sam accepts a job offer from Shield, Bucky's left looking for a new roommate. Sam introduces him to an old friend, Steve Rogers, who's looking to move to Brooklyn. It's a great solution— or it would be if Steve wasn't the guy Bucky had a toe-curling one night stand with a few months ago.
