Buck and Eddie have been dating for nine days.
Buck is waiting for Eddie to initiate the first kiss because Eddie's never been with a guy before and should get to set the pace.
Eddie is waiting for Buck to initiate the first kiss because Buck has experience kissing guys and knows what he's doing.
So they're at a bit of a stalemate.
Until Eddie unknowingly does something cute that has Buck's control snapping. Now he can't help but kiss him. Again and again and again, even if it means interrupting Eddie's every sentence.
