“You are still a messy eater,” Zayne teased, surprising you when he squeezed your cheeks gently with his hands, and suddenly, his fingers were brushing buttery pastry crumbs from your lips.
Cheekily, you kissed his finger, surprising him. “Maybe this was my plan all along to get you close to me.”
“You—” he chuckled. “So, Miss Fairy is a messy eater in order to lure an innocent man to her?”
“Yes, I want this ‘innocent’ man named Zaynie,” you countered boldly, stealing a kiss from him.
