   Summary

   Set after Dragons Rising season 1, but with way more Lloyd angst exploring how Imperium views others and the missed out options for some good whump.
   In the Merged Lands, Imperium can no longer use dragons for power anymore, not in their main city under new command, but the satellite labs in other lands don't really check in all that much (or care) and when new tech points to a potentially interesting scientific oddity living in Ninjago's Monastery, well they have to check it out right?
   After all, it's not like there's an Oni there right? The students would know.
