   Summary

   The day Rocky taught Grace how his people say farewell will remain in his perfect memory as somehow more painful than braving the Hail Mary's atmosphere. Blip-A's halls echo with the low, mournful keening of Rocky's cries as he processes the parting, as he struggles to pilot a ship made for so many more claws than he has, as he nestles the breeder tanks carefully in storage near where he sleeps. If Grace can't be there to watch, maybe the taumoeba can substitute.

   It's not the same. It's not enough.

   OR

   Grace and Rocky have only just said goodbye to one another when an unknown piece of space debris collides with the Blip-A. What follows is the second-most confusing and frustrating situation for Rocky to fix, but by golly he will fix it.
