    Once her heart had stopped sinking somewhere down into her stomach at every smile from Isabel, Alma began to notice something she had not noticed before.

    Suits clearly were well for Isabel.

    It had taken disgustingly long to notice. And yes, it was true. Alma liked it when she was dressed in something that loosely resembled a mix of French military uniforms from the Great War, men's suits, suffragette attire, and elements from very Greek myths from which Isabel herself seemed to have emerged.
