Ser Link would gladly lay down his life for Princess Zelda, yet cannot bring himself to surrender his heart. To him, she is the sacred descendant of the Goddess, a woman to be worshipped, protected, not desired. But Zelda, weary of being revered, finds herself wanting to break down his walls and corrupt him with lust.
The closer she draws, the more desperately he retreats, guarding a heart that betrays him at every turn. For Link, loving her is a forbidden longing he must conquer;
for Zelda, his restraint is a rejection that wounds more deeply than any cruelty. And so begins a battle of pride, devotion, and unspoken desire, between a princess determined to be loved and a knight who would give her everything—except himself.
