    Summary

    They won.

    They had to have.

It was as simple as that.

After all, what else could you call it but victory?

This had to be a win.

    Right?

    No.

    Ocho knew it wasn’t.

    It couldn’t be.

Not with what they’d lost to come out alive today.

    It wasn’t worth it.

OR: In which Ocho has a bad time like literally everyone in this whumptober and my fics in general, shhhhhhh don't tell him he's gonna get killed off, and Mahlia's probably having a mental breakdown over Mouse somewhere while this happens, while Tool does what Tool does and starts up an army cuz that's just what he does.
