Summary
Mickey finds a love of art through tattooing himself. It develops when he starts tattooing other people. It's nice to have something you're actually good at, it's nice to feel some value and self worth. Mandy enlists the only other artist she knows to help her finish an application to get Mickey into Art school -- Ian Gallagher. The place must have a soft spot for ghetto trash though, because a year later they let Ian in, too.
