Hi everyone,
To preface the block of text after this sentence (tl;dr): this fic will not be continuing.
A quick update for all y'all who still follow this fic (and have subsequently forgotten about it at this point, no doubt). Unfortunately, like many of the other unc status Genshin players (day 1's), I lost my passion for the game after Sumeru ended. I forced myself to play through Fontaine, then Natlan came and university life got busy so I stopped altogether. Although Nod-Krai is out now and I've slowly started to get back into it, this fic will not be continuing. I still love Kaveh and Alhaitham with all of my heart, and they will always be special to me, but I think I'm done writing for Genshin now. And probably for the foreseeable future. This fic will stay up because it was silly and I don't have the heart to delete it. I should have made this update about a year ago, srry gng.
