Tony had worked with Mike to gain DiNozzo Trucking from Sr and use it to actually haul ligit hauls from there buy up little subsidiaries to support the business unlike Sr., who just spent money on deals, they made added profits to hide the other income better. Seeing to it that any problems were taken out with care not to be caught like Sr disappearing during a flight to Morocco after pissing off someone else.
Tony, as the tech person, was often off on business to tech conventions, and while there he expanded Mike’s international network and reach. It was during a little time in Eastern Europe, that two important problems were taken care of by him with a little help from that network. All because he remembered Vance’s history as a newbie agent who got screwed in his first outing out of the US and being left by his back up. He even knew just where he was via the old reports he had looked up in the past out of curiosity and was in place as a sniper to take out Eli, the one who had originally saved Vance from being taken out in the first place and earn his loyalty. And damn if that didn’t also take down Vance who was taken out by the enemy his back up didn’t protect him from, just like Vance never protect him from the consequences of it happening to him during the MoH case.
At the same time Shepard was having a going to God meeting with another “friend” through a cut out so it wouldn’t be tied to him while she was supposed to be taking care of another enemy agent but let her go. That enemy was taken out with prejudice so that there would be no witnesses making it look like they had taken each other out.
Tony’s next contact took out Eli’s family in Israel, and another cut out contact took out Ari as he was coming out of a pub in Oxford at night after classes. All the while, Tony was in full sight of cameras at the local airport as he was going through security to head to Japan for the next tech conference. He knew the dirty fed at the FBI would have by now, delivered the paperwork of proof of Gibbs shooting Hernandez with his military rifle and it still being within Mexico’s statute to extradite him for prosecution in his murder. Along with the arrest and extradition of Franks for his aiding and abetting in the murder of Hernandez.
Just barely in his hearing, Tony thought he heard Loki toasting him with the word “Skoal.” Yes, life was good now that the toxicness was taken care of out of his life, he thought to himself as he boarded the plane to his next adventure.
