Chapter Text

Incident report: #XXX-XXX-XXX

Date filed: XX-XX-20XX

Officer filing report: Deputy Napstablook

Badge number: XXXXXXXXXXXX

Precinct: #XXXXX Hometown, XX

Incident details:

Over the course of 48 hours, four missing persons have occurred in Hometown, XX.

Kris Dreemur. Toriel Dremurr. Asgore Dreemur. Noelle Holiday. (See attached descriptions 1-4.)

The timeline of events is broken up over these 48 hours.

At approximately 10:00-10:30pm, Toriel Dreemur and Carol Holiday both reported their children failing to return home. Deputy on duty was dispatched (myself, Deputy Napstablook) to interview both reporting parties.

Asgore Dreemur’s disappearance was discovered in the hour following the initial reports. He had failed several times to answer phone calls to his residence or his cell. When I went to question him about Kris Dreemur’s whereabouts, there were signs of significant struggle found inside his shop (see attached document #1). His truck remained where it had been parked, all day, outside the store (see attached document #2).

All three were last seen in connection with Susie XXXXXXX by multiple corroborating witnesses. Susie was initially unaccounted for. When first interviewed (see attached document #3), her mother (XXXXX XXXXXXX) hadn’t seen her in over 48 hours. XXXXX XXXXXXX has expressed that this length of time for Susie to be missing wasn’t a concern yet. Susie has a history of running away for several days at a time, as well as defiant and destructive behavior.

Susie XXXXXXX reappeared nearly ten hours after the missing persons reports were first made. Witnesses place her downtown, alone (attached document #5). When told I was looking to speak with her by a local, she returned to her home address of her own volition and was interviewed. (See attached document #6)

A request has been made to the school administration for a profile of Susie XXXXXXX’s in-school behavior in connection to the missing children.

Toriel Dreemur disappeared in the following 24 hours after her ex-spouse and child did. Her house was found similarly disturbed (see attached document #7), with no evidence of where she was taken. In the hours prior, Susie XXXXXXX visited her (seen leaving by Mayor Carol Holiday, multiple volunteers, as well as accompanying officers, who were meeting in front of the Holiday residence). (See attached documents #8 - #10)

Susie XXXXXXX cannot be accounted for within the hours of the suspected disappearance, and was seen returning to the Dreemur residence after the fact. She and Catti Cattenheimer, neighbor to the Dreemurs and classmate to the missing children, entered a physical altercation, resulting in injury to Susie. (Attached document #11, witness statements)

Susie XXXXXXX fled the scene shortly after. Volunteer scent hounds traced her to the local Kindergarten to Twelfth Grade school. She was not found when officers searched the premises.

Susie XXXXXXX at that time was designated a person of interest to this case.

As Officer Undyne is still currently on leave, with no contact, I have placed a request for back-up from the next nearest precinct. An Amber Alert has been put out for both children in case the ex-husband or a yet unidentified third party took them out of town.

The Mayor is currently coordinating a volunteer search team by the lake. There are no leads yet in the surrounding forest. A dive team is being considered to search the lakebed, but the Mayor has asked us to wait another 24 hours before calling for one. Out of respect for her relation to Noelle Holiday, we have postponed this option.

Officer filing report: Deputy Napstablook

Precinct: #XXXXX Hometown, XX

Incident details:

At approximately X:XXAM, Kris Dreemur and Noelle Holiday were recovered by volunteer search-and-rescue. They were found on the shore of the Hometown lakeside, the same location they vanished from two days ago. At X:XXAM it was determined they required immediate medical care. They were quickly transferred from the recovery site to the hospital by EMS.

I (Deputy Napstablook) have not been given clearance by their attending yet for an interview, but I was present for some of the transfer process. I do not know whether I will be permitted to see them again any time soon. What I did see of them was deeply disturbing. (See attached document #1 - #4, witness statements).

Their attending doctor has released their initial injury reports to the police (see attached documents #5 - #6). Both are currently in critical condition.

Notes:

We're all just gonna pretend the funny cartoon police (coughACABcough) file their reports the same way I do my workplace incident reports.

Notes:

Likely all to be disproven at a later date, but this was fun :)

Edit: ART FOR FIC???? By pillowspace on tumblr, it's the Susie and Toriel scene.
