Chapter 1: Round one: Miku Vs Jinx

Chapter Text

Hatsune Miku slipped off her boots and collapsed in her dressing room chair. Her biggest show had ended, her tour finishing in her home country of Japan. She breathed out a sigh and grabbed her phone from her vanity, looking at her flawless makeup in the mirror.

She unlocked her phone and opened her favorite app: Tit Tok. She began scrolling, seeing her fans celebrating her biggest show. A smile spread across her face, as she saw so many happy fans share their favorite moments. That was until she stumbled upon a certain braided lunatic. Jinx.

A video of her singing a cover of Miku’s song, titled Miku. For a reason.

“Jinxy! Jinxy! You can call me Jinxy! Blue hair blue lies bombing your council!”

Goddamned Jinx. It didn’t even rhyme! The blue haired vocaloid got up from her chair and screamed her high pitched sound. “AAAAAAAAAAAH!! HOW DARE SHE!” The girl started jumping up and down in anger and pulling at her pigtails.

Miku had been mistaken for Jinx too many times already, and this was the last straw. She knew Jinx was judging a cosplay competition and didn’t want to waste any time getting to her.

Miku grabbed her microphone, leek, and her rifle, then raised her hand to her ear piece and spoke.
“Call me a miku-copter and get me to Liechtenstein. I need to get to the anime convention.”

She heard the confirmation on the other end and started sprinting up the magically appearing stairs. Once at the roof, she nodded to D. Snutz, her pilot, as she got in the vehicle. “Get there quickly!”

“Maam, not too fast. If we aren't careful, we will burn a hole in the ozone layer.” D warned.

“DO IT”
~~~
The helicopter made dirt and debris fly up as it landed on the ground by the convention center. There were loads of people, maybe even vocaloid fans, but miku had no time for such things. Her mind was set on her blue haired enemy.
She marched into the Lichtensteinian convention center, only stopping to show her ID. The workers immediately let her through, despite her weapons setting off the metal detector. She kept going, following mostly intuition but also the occasional paint splatters.
She kicked open the Lichetensteinian doors to the cosplay competition. Sitting at the judge booth was her enemy, none other than Jinx.
“HEY!” she shouted, her shrill high voice piercing through the talking and making the entire room go silent. “I SAW YOUR VIDEO! I AM THE ONLY LONG BLUE HAIRED SINGER AROUND”
Jinx stood abruptly beside the other judges, and slammed her hands on the table. “I was the better long haired blue girl,” she rebutted, and jumped over the table in front of Miku. “No one even knows you, you’re so old!”
Jinx's fans started murmuring. “fight fight”, “she got you old lady”, “ouuuu shiii”.
Miku shook off her nerves and approached Jinx. The braided hair girl crossed her arms and smirked. “You wanna try me, cupcake?”
Miku whipped her head insanely fast, and smacked Jinx in the face with her luscious long pig tail.
Jinx stood aghast, before scoffing and grabbing her zapper. “Fine, lets go!”
Miku took her microphone, which expanded into a bo staff, and began swirling it.
All the fans and cosplayers had now backed away, forming a fighting ring around the two. The security was panicking but could not get through the forest of people.
Jinx started shooting at Miku, who gracefully dodged each bullet and used her microphone bo staff to propel herself towards Jinx. The shimmer in her body allowed her to move quickly and zap Miku's arm with her gun.
Miku gasped and quickly resorted to her rifle, shooting at Jinx. The fans were protected by a force field from Mel Medarda, who was also there. Jinx managed to grab Mikus' rifle and throw it away, at the loss of her own gun. Their battle led them to fighting against the wall between cosplayers who were recording the fight.
Jinx pinned Miku to the wall and slammed her into it once more before Miku dropped underneath Jinx, and stood up behind her. She pulled out her final weapon, her leek, and grinned.
“Not the leek!” Jinx exclaimed and used the force field to propel off of. She landed adjacent to Miku and ran to the other side, trying to grab her gun. Miku, however, threw her leek at it and pushed it away.
Jinx was against the wall again, and put her hands up with a frown and innocent eyes. Miku faltered for a second, and Jinx used this time to wrap her braid around Miku and prepare to choke her.
“WAIT!” a voice sounded from the crowd, and Mel let the person pass through the force field before putting it back up. It was a Caitlyn cosplayer, who stepped forward with a worried expression.
“You shouldn't fight, please!” she called out. Jinx’s grip on miku lightened and her eyebrows raised in confusion. Miku slipped away and panted, staring at the cosplayer and jinx in confusion.
“Uhh, why?” Jinx called back. The cosplayer walked closer, and took off her wig. A long purple braid fell from the wig cap, and after wiping away foundation all over her body, it was revealed that it was..
“RUMI!” the two blue haired girls called out in unison. “You two have to sing in harmony in order to help the Honmoon keep away the demons!” the purple haired girl said.
“ohh” Jinx responded, and looked down. “Sorry Rumi,” they chorused. The two got up and they shook hair.
“The Honmoon will be shining tonight. Come on guys, let's sing together!”
They held hands and started singing Everything Is Awesome. The cosplayers sung too, harmonizing perfectly. Rumi smiled as she saw the Honmoon shine. But out of the corner of her eye, she caught a glimpse of another girl with long purple braids.
The End
