Jolted awake by the sound of loud clinking of dishes and to a bunch of curses from someone downstairs, Nico sat up in bed as he sighed tiredly, rubbing his sleep filled eyes as he looked for Lewis's figure. Smiling at the sight of his boyfriend still deep in his slumber.
Nico put on his slippers as he made his way downstairs. Gott it was cold he thought, glancing the thermometer by the stairs.
By the breakfast table Kimi was already halfway through his coffee, looking extremely strained as he followed Jensons and Sebastians doings.
Nico followed Kimi's gaze and groaned at the sight, both guys were absolutely covered in flour.
Sebastian looked up and grinned "Nico! We're making breadrolls!" he gestured as he rolled around a small ball of dough. Setting it on the tin.
"That's nice- but.. what happened to you guys? Why aren't you wearing the aprons?"
"What aprons..?"
That gained a snort from Kimi and a look of 'are you stupid' from Nico.
"The one's hung up on the wall..? Right next to the cupboards..?"
Sebastian turned to Jenson and huffed "Jens I said look around with your eyes not with your butt! Oh god we're so covered in flour.."
Nico sighed and gave an unimpressed face "Okay but I am- I am having breakfast now and then leaving for the airport to get Mark and Fernando.."
"Fine"
"Alright?"

"Meaning someone will come with me! I don't wanna end up alone ditched in snow!"
Kimi raised his hand "Not me"
Jenson and Sebastian looked at eachother once again.
"Why don't you get Lewis to go..? You can have your lovebird moment.." Jenson huffed teasingly.
Nico rolled his eyes as he poured yougurt into his bowl.
"He's sleeping thank you very much- I don't want to wake him.." which got a look of interest from Kimi.
"Can I go sleep again too?" he asked Sebastian.
"No Kimi you're helping Jens carry the Christmas tree inside.. I'll go with you Nico.."
Lewis padded downstairs, hugging his hoodie tight as he muttered
"Morning guys- it's freezing like hell.."
"Morning!"
Lewis then looked at the sight before him "Mate..."
"What? It's just flour Lewis-" huffed Sebastian, dusting up his knees and chest.
"Yeah and that totally makes it normal to be covered in it. There's real snow outside you know?" he snickered back, pointing to the window.
He then turned to Nico, frowning as he leaned to inspect his bowl of yogurt.
"You've put the granola on top of the berries...?" he questioned, giving a quick peck to Nico's lips.
"Yes because the granola gets soggy- it's not nice.."
"..Right, no babe it's okay do whatever you like.." he then turned to the other guy's and mouthed 'psycho'
Nico turned to get strawberries from the fridge as Sebastian followed
"Can I have a strawberry?"
"English or Spanish?" Nico asked as he gazed down at the containers producing countries.
Sebastian huffed a bit confused "I'm bisexua? I can move.."
"No I mean from which country?"
Sebastian blinked
"...The Strawberry land?"
"No I mean like- nevermind"
Nico sighed as he pushed the other container forward. Expression remaining unimpressed.
"There"
"Thank you.." Sebastian muttered as he took exactly one
Kimi's attention had perked too at the sight of strawberries, he looked at Sebastian and muttered
"Can you get one for me please?" already holding his hands as a cup like pleadingly for money in the streets.
Lewis turned his head, so did Jenson
"Not fair is it- he's so nice to you Seb and you're somehow nice back.."
Sebastian grinned back at Jenson
"Well Kimi has very good manners Jens-"
"Seb are you complimenting Kimis manners..?" Lewis asked to which Seb shook his head with a laugh and a mouthful of strawberry
"No"
Nico huffed a small amused laugh "What then?"
Lewis snorted "I think he's saying you have no manners Jens-"
Jenson shot up "I do! What the hell mate-"
Nico rolled his eyes as he cut his strawberries into the bowl "I don't have time for this-
Lewis stammered along, immediately perking up at the news of his boyfriends hurry. "Where are you going again..? We were supposed to-"
Sebastian snickered
"Calm down loverboy..! To pick up Nando and Mark.."
Lewis questioned "Ohhh alright.. You want me to come with babe?" as he followed Nico to the table
"No! I mean.. no Sebastian is already going with me.. You, Jens and Kimi can go get the tree.."
Lewis frowned hearing Nicos quick no but sighed "Alright, but if we lose Kimi I swear-"
"Blame it on Jenson" Nico replied swiftly, giggling as Jensons face turned.
"Oi! I'm right here mate!"

Sebastian was chewing onto a filled breadroll as he followed Nico into the car. They both immediately put their seatbealts on, then the heating and the seatwarmers.
"Alles klar, bereit zu gehen?" asked Nico, putting the keys in and starting the ice cold engine.
(ready to go?)
"Ja! Los geht's!"
(yes! Let's go!)
after about 20 minutes of driving and Sebastian getting Nico to sing stupid Beatles songs on cd, they hit something. Paul McCartneys harmony still playing over the screeching tires when braking.
"Oh no.. verdammt..." Nico cursed, stepping out of the car with Sebastian.
"Oh, das ist ein Eichhörnchen!" Sebastian exclaimed, crouching besides the small thing.
(Oh it's a squirrel!)
"Poor thing.." Nico muttered as he came to inspect it too.. Uggs scratching against the snow
"Wir müssen Lewis anrufen!" Sebastian huffed, looking back at the warm running car where their cellphones were at
(we have to call Lewis)
Nico straightened up immediately, his gaze going to the car too but in worry
"Nein! Nein... Ruf stattdessen Kimi an.." he exclaimed to Sebastian.
(No! No.. Call Kimi instead)
Sebastian furrowed his eyebrows as he pulled out his phone
"Warum..? Aber okay, ich muss schreiben. Kimi mag keine Telefonate."
(Why? But okay, I'll have to text. Kimi doesn't like phonecalls)

"Kimi sagt, es ist in Ordnung!" Sebastian spoke up, glancing at Nico who was now gently poking the squirrel with a stick.

Nico looked back, dropping the stick as he stood up
"Bist du sicher..? Das arme Ding..." he sighed, wiping his nose with his leather mittens
(Are you sure..? The poor thing..)
They then buried the small squirrel under the snow, making sure to use their gloves while doing it.. Both frowning in disgust..
"Gott, ich wünschte, Jenson wäre hier, um uns zu retten..." Sebastian gagged as they said their goodbyes to the small squirrel
(God I wish Jenson was here to save us..)
Nico raised his eyebrows, pulling the car door open as he teased
"Ja, das würdest du doch gerne, oder? Ich bevorzuge es viel lieber, wenn Lewis uns rettet... Jens ist... Schreckliche Hilfe"
(Yeah you'd like that wouldn't you? I much prefer Lewis to save us.. Jenson is.. horrible help)
A small blush spread on Sebastians face as he watched Nico start the car up. The music started wailing back loudly but Sebastian lowers the music and hesitates.
"Was ist los mit dir, dass du Lewis nicht in der Nähe haben willst?"
(What's with you not wanting Lewis around?)
Nico kept his gaze on the icy road, watching snowy pines go past until he gave an answer
"Es ist albern, okay? Unser Jahrestag steht doch bevor, oder? Nun, er hat mir vor all dem einen Versprechensring gegeben... und ich ähm... Ich habe es verloren"
(It's silly okay? It's our anniversary soon right? So before all this he gave me a promise ring and I.. uhm I lost it.)
"Du hast es verloren?! Mein Gott, Nico!" Sebastian shouted like it was murder
(You lost it?! My god Nico!)
Nicos grip on the the steering wheel tightened
"Verdammt, ich weiß es! Okay?! Also... Also bekomme ich es heute zurück.."
(Fuck I know! Okay? So.. So I'm getting it back today)
"Ich könnte niemals den Versprechensring meines Freundes verlieren!" Sebastian swore, shaking his head in unamusement, teasing only ever so slightly.
(I could neverrrr lose my boyfriends promise ring!)
Nico gave a light snort
"Ha! Als ob du einen Freund hättest–"

"Ach, halt die Klappe, du Homophober! Ich klaue dein Haarspray..." came back a threat
(Shut up you homophobe! I'll steal your hairspray...)
Nico looked dead in the eye of Sebastian, gasping.
"Das würdest du nicht!"
(You wouldn't!)
Suddenly Nicos phone started ringing, interrupting the light hearted fight.
'One Kiss From You' by Britney Spears filling the small car
"Es ist Lewis!"
(It's Lewis!)
Nico yelled, Sebastian furrowed his eyebrows at what he was hearing.
"Woher weißt du das?"
(How do you know?)
Nico blushed a bit and gave a smitten smile while glancing at Sebastian and then back at the road again.
"Oh, äh... Nur er hat diesen Klingelton für mein Handy, das war das Geld so wert."
(Oh uh.. Only he has that ringtone for my phone, it was so worth the money)
Sebastian looked at him unimpressed
"Natürlich du- ja, was auch immer"
(Of course you- yeah whatever)
"Was?" Nico huffed.. Pouting as he made a turn.
The ringing stopped soon, suddenly breaking into voicemail
"Hey babe? I hope everythings alright with you guys, so kinda uh.. we kinda lost Kimi" Lewis's voice took over the robotic beeps.
both men looked at eachother and almost started screaming
"Jetzt schau! Dein dummer Freund hat Lewis vom Auto erzählt – und jetzt nimmt er die Schlüssel und –" Nico rambled, trying to get his phone to explain.
(Now look! Your dumb boyfriend told Lewis about the car- and now he'll take the keys and-)
"Dummkopf! Er sagte, Kimi sei verschwunden!"
(Dumbass! He said Kimis missing!)
"Oh.. Dann ist das in Ordnung.."
(Oh.. That's okay then..)

The trail was filled with footprints onto the snow, the forest echoed with Jensons voice
"Kimiii?! Kimi! Kimi! Kimi!"
"Chanting his name won't help Jens!" Lewis snapped a bit irritated, pulling his scarf on tighter which to Jenson gave a huff.
"You sure? I read somewhere Finns like chanting" Lewis rolled his eyes at the sentence, sighing
"Yeah in hockey maybe-"
"No no rallies too Lewis!" Jenson grinned
"Mate.."
"Okay but hypothetically.. what if Kimi just.. went back to the cabin?" Jenson offered, looking around the tall trees.
"Now would he go without telling us?" huffed Lewis, zipping up his puffer more
"I mean it's not like he knows us well man.."
"Okay fine- but Seb gave him some pretty clear instructions.. Kimi wouldn't disobey Seb"
They had an akward moment of silence until Jenson hesitated
"..you think they got something going on? Seb and Kimi"
Lewis frowned, continuing walking "Man I don't know? Why?"
"No reason.. just uh let's say.. Seb is quite cute no?" Jenson whispered, catching up Lewis once again.
"Oh.. well.. not that I see it but-"
"Yes yes you're devoted to Nico-"
"Yeah okay! Okay.. Yeah Seb is quite the catch.. and I dunno man.. I fear they might" Lewis shrugged, gave an apologetic smile.
"Yeah? Fuck me too.." Jenson sighed
"But it's still not over Jens! Seb's really.. caring about everyone"
"Not as much as he is with Kimi- I don't wanna get in the way"
"Oi.. He cares about you too.. Much more then you think" Lewis said sternly, patting Jensons shoulder.
"Okay so how?" he shot back
"Well.. he always picks you as his partner, like overcompliments you every chance he gets- and I don't know man! He just cares.."
"Until Kimi came along-"

"A tad bit yeah.."

"Okay but in defense of Kimi and Seb! In defense Jens! You're not as gay as you think you are!"

"What?! It's a valid question Lewis!" Jenson huffed, kicking a bunch of rocks in the forest trail..
"Fine.. I dunno man.. Maybe? Aren't people like that just a bit.. weird"
"..yeah perhaps"
"Also would you wanna date Kimi..?"
"He's a cool guy!"
"Let him see you fuck.. Share Seb.. Kiss him.." Lewis teased with a smirk
"Okay jeez I get it..! I just want Seb.."

Jenson laughed

Both broke into laughter, pushing each other around a bit
Jenson grabbed some snow and balled it up in his fist, throwing it at Lewis

"It was! I know how to lit up a sauna.. I've been too the army not you.." he huffed

Now Jenson made a face "Oh true patriots. Sure am happy Britains not that BRITAIN you know?"

Nico is almost in tears in the car, Fernando and Mark sit awkwardly in the backseat as Sebastian hugs onto Nico

Fernando asks, eyebrows furrowed

Nico was placing down cutlery, now his third time arraging it.
In the livingroom Lewis stood scared with Jenson
"Mate he's ready to kill us! Look at the way he's moving" Jenson swallowed
"Man I'm so sleeping on the sofa tonight.."
"Calm down.. You're squealing like a bunch of girls.. He'll calm down. I know him" Mark sighed
"Mark's right, you'll be okay!" Sebastian said by the doorway, coming from the dining hall of war.
"Why? What did he say? Did he say it's okay??" Jenson exclaimed
"...Well no! But! I explained the damage is small! Plus... Nico has something to tell you Lewis"
Lewis furrowed his eyebrows
"What? Did he choose the wrong dogsitter for Roscoe again?"
Jenson snorted a little, bit straightened up immediately after a shove from Lewis
"Just go to the kitchen.." Fernando huffed
"It's called a dining hall Nando" Jenson teased

Lewis asked his boyfriend as he came behind him, wrapping his arms around Nico's waist..
"I'm picking what pasta we'll eat today"
"They're both spaghetti..?"
"Yes but other one is whole grain!"
Lewis snorted into Nico's shoulder
"You know Jenson will never eat that"
"Yes that's why I'm having a hard time deciding! And none of you will eat it.. Be realistic"
"Hey I'd eat it! I'd love eating anything you give me"
Nico snickered "Yeah you've proven that Lew.."
Lewis smirked and started peppering kisses around Nicos neck
"So not the whole grain. No way they'll eat it"
"Yes but we should be healthy Lewis.."
"Ugh forget about your diet for once?"
"Kinda hard as a model.."
"You're perfect babe.. In every way.. A little bit of fat won't ruin you.."
Nico turned to Lewis.. Grinning as he leaned in for a kiss
"Ah ah! Sebastian has said you have something important for me.."
Nico stilled, gaze falling down to his fingers that he started to fiddle
"Oh well uhm.. so I kind of.. You see I was so busy getting our bags into the car, and when we left.. I only then noticed my ring was gone.."
"The one that I gave you?"
Nico swallowed as he shyly met Lewis's eyes "...Yes"

"Please tell me you aren't mad liebling? It was an accident I swear- I know it must've cost a lot!"
Lewis then grinned again.. Breaking out to laughter
"I have it love.. Right in my pocket.. You gave it to me babe.."
Nicos face burned in embarrassement
"Are you serious Lewis?"
"Yes!" Lewis laughed
"Oh god.. I made a fool out of myself! Infront of everyone!"
"Cmon love you know Nando and Mark don't care.."
"...i feel so stupid"
"Awh come here.."

"I am hungry though, when's the kissing gonna stop mate.."
