“How are you gonna be mad?!” Eijun shouts. He gestures wildly at Kazuya, who stands stiffly behind Miyuki with a blank look on his face. “That’s literally you!”
Miyuki’s face only darkens, and Eijun vows to never mention that again.

The cage around his face did nothing to hide those piercing caramel eyes. The catcher had a cocky smirk, looking at the pitcher on the mound and commanding respect from him. He was ordering the pitcher to obey his every word with just the look in his eyes.

My favorite is the one you do when you think no one is looking when you’re done joking with your friends, especially during lunch or after baseball practice, and you’re really happy. Like you wouldn’t give any of it up for the world. I like how sincere you are. You joke around a lot and can be threatening sometimes, but you're actually really nice and you care a lot about other people. You worry for your friends even when you shouldn’t and you take their feelings into account before doing or saying something. I think it’s funny when you stand behind Miyuki-senpai and mock his ramblings, trying to make everyone else laugh. You’re also very patient. The way you are with the first-years is very endearing, and you entertain their stupid ideas because it makes them happy and you’d rather be annoyed for thirty minutes than see someone upset. You want everyone to do their best, and that’s all you really ask for.
