As yet again, he was yanked rapidly from his thoughts, Sirius felt a sinking feeling in his gut. Whilst this explained his earlier comfort in the smell of the classroom- it must have drifted over from the potion Slughorn had simmering by his desk- it also left him fairly distressed. Because as already gathered, his love life was rather a shambles at the moment, and although he may have hoped for clarity from the potion, he was unsure he would get it.
And at the same time- all too afraid that he would.

Basically an Amortentia Oneshot with POVs from both Sirius and Remus (and Peter but it's short)

Summary
Sirius grins up at him, starlight encompassed, and scoots closer, nudging Remus’ chin with his nose until there’s enough space to rest his head against his neck.
Remus’ head is pounding, and his mouth is dry, but Sirius is so close his breath warms Remus’ neck, so he makes a quick decision that water is not worth moving away from this.

Summary
It’s December 1979, and James and Lily are hosting Christmas for the first time with all their friends. However, they have a little secret - Lily’s pregnant, but doesn’t want the others to know yet.
The Potters aren’t the only one with a secret, though. Sirius and Remus have finally found their way to each other, but are trying to keep it quiet - which is a little hard when they can’t keep their hands off each other.
And Peter? He’s just happy to be along for the ride - although he’s finding it a bit difficult to have a relaxing Christmas with all the secrets people want him to keep from each other…

Summary
The War had taken many things from Remus Lupin and yet, for some reason, it had decided to give one of them back, damaged and worn, but returned to him all the same. Would he be more a fool for taking it or for letting it go?
After the war, Remus Lupin's life became very small. He struggles to remember how to live it, and he holds on to a past that makes it difficult to want to try. So much has been taken from him and yet, somehow, here he is. Still going forwards.
Then something happens, a gut wrenching realisation, a betrayal ripped open anew. Sirius Black finds his way back into his life and, while the world grows darker around them in frighteningly familiar ways, a little bit of light is returned to Remus Lupin's life.
Two chapters, going from the twelve years after Halloween 1981 to just before Order of the Phoenix.
