The thing about Alex Claremont-Diaz, Henry thinks, is that he’s practically a chaos incarnate. Yes, Alex is the love of Henry’s life. Absolutely no question about that, but that doesn’t stop Henry from being, occasionally, terrified that his boyfriend is going to do something so chaotic and stupid (and chaotically stupid) that it’ll send people to the hospital. Alex is tracing circles on Henry's arm that he's just ever so slightly turned on enough still to not find ticklish. Eyes still downturned, the brunette asks, "Do you know what Nora said when I told her about you?"
"Hm?"
"That I've wanted you to 'dick me down' forever."
Henry forgets how to blink for a moment before his brain catches up with an awkward and obvious splutter of laughter.
"'Dick you down?' What kind of American turn of phrase is that?"
Alex's lips turn into a wicked smile as he looks up at him with those deep brown eyes and bats his lashes lewdly. "Oh, I think you know exactly what it means."
