“Stiles?” he said again, practically throwing it open and having Stiles almost hit the ceiling he jumped so high.
“Dude, what is with you?!” Stiles demanded, voice a few octaves higher than normal since he’d obviously been startled out of his skin. He angled himself away like he always did when Derek barged in on him in the shower, but he didn’t look mad, just like he was struggling to remind his heart how to beat at a normal rhythm. “Can a guy not shower in peace in his own house? Damn!”
“Are you okay?”
“Barring the heart attack I surely just experienced, sure, I’m great. How are you? Why are you in my bathroom?” He turned to raise his eyebrows at Derek. “Seriously dude, why are you always in my bathroom?”
