She felt a hand gently rest over her own. Adora didn’t move or make a sound. She just let Catra feel her presence for a while. Catra crouched, Adora sat, and they both waited out the minutes for punishment. For orders. For wrath.
Nothing came.
Adora lifted Catra’s hand to lay it on the pillow. “We’re okay,” she insisted softly, “it’s just us.”
