“Where the hell have you been!?” Inko Midoriya’s voice screeched from down the hall. Izuku had just closed the door behind himself; he hadn’t even taken off his shoes yet. “Answer me, child!”
After he turned four, his parents never used his name anymore. He was ‘child’ or ‘boy’, never Izuku. It was but one more thing Izuku didn’t understand. He knew he had to answer when given a direct order, but it was so hard to force his throat to unclench so he could speak.
“I’m… sorry, Okaasan. The teacher requested help cleaning up after school.” He’d learned to lie at a very young age. If he told her he was walking slowly, she’d make him hurt more. It was easier to tell her something he made up in his head, and hope she didn’t try to verify the information he gave her.
Regardless of the lie, Inko walked over and laid a vicious slap across Izuku’s cheek. He barely flinched, keeping his eyes on the ground in between them.

Summary
“Who are you?” the man asked abruptly instead of answering Izuku’s question. He put his hands on the bin’s metallic edge and heaved himself out without waiting for an answer. As soon as his feet hit the ground, he swayed again, but managed to steady himself against the bin before Izuku could reach him to help.
“You’re the one who made the noise,” he continued, frowning. He started to shake his head, winced and pinched the bridge of his nose. “You woke me up.”
Izuku scuffed his feet. “I… I don’t think you’re supposed to sleep in those,” he mumbled, looking down.
When Izuku finds an injured (?) pro-hero on his way home, what else is he supposed to do but bring him back with him to offer him their first-aid kit?

Summary
Whenever someone looked at Shouta, they wouldn't immediately assume that he had money. In fact, with how he dresses and how he acts, some are quick to assume that he was either poor or homeless or both before they even thought that he had two very well paying jobs. Being a teacher at UA and a pro-hero, he was comfortable and didn't even come close to struggling with cash ever in his time of being an adult with taxes. However, a few years into hero work and he was about to get a LOT more comfortable in terms of finance.

Summary
Yagi Toshinori watched the green haired boy walk away after saving his friend and shook his head. While the boy's actions were heroic, he was just too reckless. He walked in the opposite direction, thinking about a time he could meet the candidate Sir Nighteye put forward.
Izuku Midoriya goes home and decides that, even if he can't be hero himself, he can still help them with his analysis. Cue Izuku catching the attention of multiple heroes who are a little more open-minded and willing to see the potential in a quirkless kid.
