It has been exactly 8 years since Casita fell and the Madrigals have never been happier. With the twins turning 7 and asking for the full story, yet not being satisfied with Bruno's Rat Telenovela version of the incident,(Fully equipped with all songs and missing gaps filled by the main character herself, Their favorite Tia Mira) Casita has taken it into their own hands...windows? tiles? whatever. Casita took charge and granted the first Madrigal Great-Grandchildren their wish, after all, it could probably kill two birds with one stone. First, to pick up more guests.

The larger one had slightly lank, greasy looking hair that fell over one of his eyes. He was broad, with thick, soft looking arms and a round, acne spotted face. Leaning against his side, under his arm, was a much smaller, scrawnier figure with a large nose, unruly curls, and tired eyes. At first she thought he was wearing a forest colored blanket around his shoulders, but then caught sight of a sleeve — a jacket, she realized, though not one in the style usually worn around Encanto. It must belong to the larger boy, she guessed.
Their heads were tilted together, hands were laced together on the smaller boy’s shoulders, and though both of them seemed to have an anxious glint to their eyes, they were smiling.
Unconsciously, she brushed her fingers over their faces. They looked happy together.
Mirabel couldn’t begin to guess who the larger boy was, but the smaller one, with his curls and eyes and nose, coupled with the background, was obvious. 'Tío Bruno?'”

Summary
This is my take on creating an Encanto AU
When the Madrigals realize who they really are, and how they feel about their lives, they decide to change. Meanwhile, they realize that one of the family members have forgotten this feeling, the accepting and loving feeling they finally found. Now, that the whole family is together, Bruno Madrigal realizes that he's missing something that both of his sister have. A family. One thing that he always wanted, and now he has the opportunity to fill that space in his heart with someone else.
A stranger whom after the mountains of the Encanto split apart, found himself through the woods to the town. Suprisingly, the Madrigals find out, that they aren't the only ones who were blessed with a gift. The stranger shows that he himself has powers on his own, and even more suprisingly Bruno suddenly feels something unexpected in his chest. A feeling he always wanted but haven't expected it this quickly.-
