Summary
Enid and Wednesday are 'casual' because Enid parents do not support her dating Wednesday. Her parents have already sent her to a conversion camp once in her life and Enid hated it so much and was in distress everyday that she was there, yet it didn't change how she felt, the only thing she learnt was how to push her emotions down and hide them away from everyone, but Wednesday could always read her. She still loved Wednesday but she couldn't, i mean they're both girls, girls can't date other girls, right? The only person Wednesday has ever shown her love for was Enid which is a super rare feeling for Wednesday. Enid starts to distance herself from Wednesday as her parents start to notice them both getting way closer than usual, like holding hands in public or Wednesday walking with her arm around Enid's waist, but even when Enid said they're 'just friends' her parents refused to accept, forcing Enid to start hanging out with Bruno.
