Ennoshita sighed a bit, glancing down before he got this look on his face, eyes casting back up. “Ok but what if the car blows up when I turn on the ignition?”
“Has that ever happened to you before, Chika?” Tanaka asked his boyfriend, raising an eyebrow.
“No, but it could this time!”
“It won’t, I promise.”
“What if it explodes when I get on the street?”
When he’d offered to help Ennoshita learn to drive, he never imagined this is what it would consist of.

Summary
Ennoshita stared out the front windshield of Tanaka’s car, barely feeling himself breathing at all. Maybe he wasn’t, his breath was stuck in his throat, stuck as he stared at the tree in front of them.
His hands tightened on the steering wheel as it finally processed what just happened and he took a shuttering breath in, taking his foot off the pedal, tears welling up in his eyes.
