Summary
Bucky and Zemo have to infiltrate a kink party that’s full of HYDRA agents.
Bucky has to play as the Winter Soldier again, but they have to remain in "High Protocol" at all times, ie. the events are highly ceremonial and formal, and the Masters are all expected to be in control of their Submissives at all times.
Bucky has to be a good little sub, kneeling at Zemo’s feet, having his hair petted.
He’s furious and horrified that this is the only way, but he’s also incredibly turned on.

As soon as their eyes met, colorful flashing lights illuminating the man’s face, Bucky’s mind was flooded with a catalog of memories. Bits and pieces of information flashed across his brain, a rolodex of fractured memories slotting together into a wonky jigsaw puzzle.
“Still as quiet as ever, I see. Or do you not remember me?”
