The evening before Richmond's last training for the Boxing Day fixture, Jamie feels so alone that he decides to go and buy a Christmas tree for the first time in his life. He gets in a car accident on his way there.
He's not sure how he could have alerted anyone of that fact with his phone gone and probably broken to pieces, but people seem weirdly mad about it. Jamie's convinced that's also Zava's fault.

Summary
Jamie's been fighting himself every since he was little. It's been worth it up till now, he's always felt the need to stick it out and push forward. So it's no surprise to him when he can't find the strength to keep going.

Roy has a portfolio of houses and buys a new one near Richmond Green that is going to take a whole renovation to be ready for him to rent it out. Jamie accidentally becomes his interior designer and when they start using the house for sex...it's just sex...just fucking sex...it also becomes their sex house. Unfortunately for both of these idiots soon this house becomes the centre of their life and love and maybe it being the sex house just isn't enough anymore?
